秋霖とは、秋の長雨の意

まさに、一昨日まで続いた寒い秋の雨をテーマにしてデザートが4月よりHitotsuで頑張ってくれているりんくんにより、完成致しました。

無花果のローストに、酢橘のナージュ、はちみつのアイスクリームになんと、牛蒡を合わせた深まる秋を感じることの出来るシンプルながらも美しい、一皿です。

日に日に寒くなって参りましたが、師走の様々なイベントへ向けて皆様体調整えて参りましょう。

Shūrin (秋霖)” refers to the long, continuous rains of autumn.

Fittingly, inspired by the chilly autumn rain that lasted until the day before yesterday, our dessert chef Rin, who has been working hard with us at Hitotsu since April, has created a new seasonal dessert.

It features roasted figs, a sudachi citrus nage, honey ice cream, and—surprisingly—burdock root, coming together in a dish that is simple yet beautiful, allowing you to feel the deepening of autumn.

As the days grow colder and we approach the busy season of December, let’s all take care of our health while preparing for the upcoming events.
