温かい百合根の前菜の登場です。

クリーミーな生クリームの様な百合根は、塩味の強いパルミジャーノとよく合います。

香りで焙じ茶や蕎麦の実を加えております。

節気の食事会の内容とは違ったアプローチで、
コース料理を仕立てます。

お飲み物のコースも含まれておりますので、
お料理の調味料、の様にそちらもお愉しみ
いただけましたらば。

当日はクリスマスの物販も御座います。

・楽曲からイメージを膨らませた、
この日の為の一皿を提供致します。
アミューズからデザート全てを含む
フルコースです。（9品予定）

This is the appearance of a warm lily root appetizer.

The lily root like creamy whipped cream goes well with the salty parmigiano.
